KVN with a presentation on Bird Day. KVN for Bird Day for elementary school

To the melody of V. Shainsky’s song “It’s Fun to Walk Together,” teams of KVN participants enter.

Leading. Each team must introduce itself according to the chosen name. (The highest score is 5 points.)

I. Warm-up.

Each team is offered one of the cards with questions on it. The team captain chooses a card, but the host asks questions

Card 1

1. What bird can fly tail first? (Hummingbird.)

2. Which bird flies the highest? (Eagle.)

3. Which bird is the smallest in our country? (Korolek.)

Card 2

1. What is the largest bird in the world? (Ostrich.)

2. When is the sparrow's body temperature lower - in summer or winter? (Same.)

3. What bird bears the name of a famous Russian writer? (Gogol.)

For each correct answer - 1 point. You are given 30 seconds to think. If a team does not answer a question, it can be addressed to the team's fans.

The jury sums up the warm-up.

II. Competition “Questions about books”.

Leading. The next task can be easily answered by someone who has carefully read the books by A. Popovkina “Black Swans”, V. Flint “Where the White Crane Lives?”, and E. Surova “Journey to the Pelicans”, which were offered for reading in advance.

As in the previous task, the questions are indicated on the cards that the captains draw.

Card 1

1. In which country do white cranes build their nests and raise their chicks? (In Russia.)

2. How do mother pelicans feed their chicks? (They regurgitate the softened fish from the crop.)

3. How does a jay escape from enemies? (Sinks into the water like a submarine.)

Card 2

Several small swans were brought to us from an overseas zoo. Please enter them. (Four boys in ballet costumes enter.)

Look how graceful they are. But these are not ordinary swans: they can dance. Don't believe me? Now you will see that I am telling the truth. (Boys perform “Dance of the Little Swans” to the music of P. I. Tchaikovsky from the ballet “Swan Lake.”)

What is the name of this ballet, who wrote the music for it? (Answers from fans.)

The jury sums up the results of the “Warm-up” and “Questions on books”.

III. Competition "Draw a book cover."

Leading. We continue the game. You (teams) now have to draw the cover of one of the books, the name of which is indicated on the card. I ask the captains to choose cards.

1st card: A. Popovkina “Black Swans”. (Drawing option: sun, water and two black swans.)

2nd card: V. Flint “Where the white crane lives.” (Drawing option: adult crane and chick.)

Leading(addressing the fans). While the team members are working on the task, I want to offer my friends a quiz:

Leading. It is no coincidence that I asked you so many questions about geese. When I was little, my grandmother had geese. This is what happened one day with her geese. (Staging of the song “Jolly Geese.”)

Teams offer their options for completing the “Draw a cover” task. Their creativity and skill are assessed by a jury (up to 6 points).

IV. Proverb experts competition.

Leading. The team competition continues. The next competition is for the best knowledge of proverbs. (Teams are offered cards on which the names of birds are written.) Remember the proverbs that mention these birds.

1. Sparrow. Sandpiper. (“The word is not a sparrow; if it flies out, you won’t catch it,” “You can’t fool an old sparrow on chaff,” “Every sandpiper praises its swamp.”)

2. Goose. Tit. (“A goose is not a pig’s friend”, “Better a tit in the hand than a pie in the sky”, “A tit is not big, but a bird.”)

For each proverb named, the team receives one point.

Leading(addressing the fans). I'm offering you a quiz again, but now the tasks contain questions from books that I'm sure you've read.

1. Name the favorite delicacy of storks. (Frogs.)

2. What bird’s nest hangs just above the water at the end of a branch in the form of a soft bag? (Remez.)

3. What is the Red Book? (A book about endangered animals.)

Leading. I want to tell you guys more about the Red Book. Many different animals and birds were exterminated by people. Some were hunted too hard, others were not left with a piece of forest or steppe where they could live, and others were caught by predators brought by people. Many plants have also disappeared. In the end, people realized: if nature is not helped, animals and plants will die even more. To prevent this from happening, scientists have compiled a special book - the Red Book.

Here I have the Red Book in my hands. The writer N. Sladkov, who has created many books about animals, talks about this amazing book: “The red color of the book is a forbidden color - stop, stop! This cannot continue. The Red Book of the World has already recorded 295 species and subspecies of animals, 312 species and subspecies of birds. But recording an animal or plant in the Red Book does not mean preserving it. This is still an alarm. The Red Book itself does not protect, but only establishes, records, and warns. Those who are supposed to develop protective measures, and the rest should know about this so as not to harm all living things. Every Red Book consists of colored pages. On the black pages are lists of those whom we will never see again, who no longer exist, who have already died out. All that was left of them were stuffed animals, skeletons, or even nothing at all. Particularly rare and endangered animals are recorded on the red pages. They are still preserved in some places, they can still be found, but there are so few of them that they may disappear completely. On the yellow pages are those animals whose numbers are rapidly declining and which are at risk of being “relocated” to dangerous pages - red. On the white pages are those animals whose numbers have always been small. They live in small areas, their position is unstable. The gray pages contain those animals that are still little studied, their habitats are difficult to access or have not been precisely established. On the green pages - the most hopeful ones - are those animals that have been preserved, saved from extinction, and whose decline in numbers has been stopped.

Our main concerns are to ensure that no living creature ever ends up on the black pages. The idea of the Red Book is to save all animals and flora.

The Red Book prohibits causing any harm to animals and plants, and people who do this are punished. Let us, too, take care of the animals and birds around us, so that when we enter the forest, we can hear their voices. Now you will hear the voices of some of them. Try to find out which bird this or that song belongs to. (A recording sounds with the voices of birds: woodpecker, cuckoo, quail, nightingale.)

V. Captains' competition.

(The melody of “Songs about the Captain” sounds (words by V. I. Lebedev-Kumach, music by I. O. Dunaevsky).

Leading. You probably already guessed that it's time for the captain competition. I ask the team captains to come up and choose a card with a task.

Captains are invited to guess riddles:

1st captain:

1. In the summer he follows the plowman,

And in the winter he leaves screaming. (Rook.)

2. He looks gray

But he is famous for his singing. (Nightingale.)

3. Blind by day, sighted by night,

It's the cat who catches the mice, not the cat. (Owl.)

2nd captain:

1. The brothers stood on stilts,

They look for food along the way.

He spends the night in the fields and steals hemp. (Sparrow.)

3. Every year I fly to you -

I want to spend the winter with you.

I'm even redder in winter

My bright red tie. (Bullfinch.)

The jury announces the results of the proverb experts competition and the captains competition.

Leading. My friends, aren't you tired of sitting? I suggest everyone dance the “Dance of the Ducklings” together.

(Music sounds, everyone dances.)

Leading. We all - both adults and children - love fairy tales. The next competition is called “Who knows fairy tales better?”

VI. Competition “Who knows fairy tales better?”

Each team is invited to look at drawings depicting heroes of different fairy tales. One of the characters in them is necessarily a bird. Remember the names of fairy tales and their authors.

11. Swan. (G. H. Andersen “Wild Swans.”)

12. Duckling. (G. H. Andersen “The Ugly Duckling.”)

Leading(addressing the fans). We will give the teams the opportunity to remember fairy tales, and at this time you try to guess the riddles:

1. Not a king, but in a crown, not a hussar, but with spurs,

He doesn’t look at his watch, but he knows the time. (Rooster.)

2. Front - awl, rear - fork,

On top there is a blue cloth,

Below is a white towel. (Martin.)

3. Winged, loud-mouthed, red flippers. (Goose.)

4. Blacksmiths forge among the trees. (Woodpeckers.)

5. Mother, I don’t know my father, but I often call him,

If I don’t know the children, I’ll sell them to strangers. (Cuckoo.)

6. Sleeps during the day, flies at night, scares passers-by. (Owl.)

7. Spinning, chirping, fussing all day. (Magpie.)

8. Scarlet hat, non-woven vest,

The caftan is speckled. (Chicken.)

9. This old friend of ours, he lives on the roof of the house -

Long-legged, long-nosed, long-necked, voiceless.

He flies to the swamp to hunt for frogs. (Stork.)

The jury evaluates the competition “Who knows fairy tales better?”

Leading. As homework, the teams were asked to stage one of I. Krylov’s fables, among the characters of which there are birds. Let's look at the options offered.

VII. Homework competition.

Teams perform dramatizations of fables.

Leading. While the jury is summing up the results, I invite you to guess the proverb that will soon appear on the scoreboard. Now you see only one open word: “Bird...”. Whoever continues this proverb will receive a reward - a book about animals. (“A bird is recognized in flight, but a man is recognized in his work.”)

Results of the game. Rewarding.

Presenter 1: Guys! It's the middle of winter. Of course, you know very well that winter is the most difficult time of the year for birds. Many birds die because they cannot find food. In winter, the bird is not afraid of the cold, but of hunger. So they settle closer to a person’s home, and he, in turn, shows a lot of care for his feathered friends, setting up real bird canteens.

You can make these feeders yourself; if you don’t have them yet, you need to make them. (The leaflet “Canteen for Birds” is read out).

While the guys are doing their tasks, fans, tell us who has bird canteens, what do you feed the birds? How do they make you happy? Why is it necessary to protect birds?

Presenter 1: We check the implementation of the “Bird Canteen” competition; Contest participants present your work. Team “Woodpecker”, read out your answers. Team “Tit”, over to you.

    1. Competition “Mysterious Letter”.

Presenter 2: Guys! We just received a letter, but it turned out to be mysterious and we could not read it. We were advised to turn to you for help. Each team will now receive the text of this mysterious letter. Your task is to read it. 3 minutes are given for this.

In the meantime, the guys are deciphering the letter, let's listen to what beautiful heads the birds have and how wonderful they sing.

Having deciphered the letter, you realized that with the onset of warm days we need to wait for birds from the south. But the birds arriving from the south need housing - and now there is still time to remember what kind of housing the birds need.

Presenter 1: Jury. Sum up the results of our KVN.

(Summing up, awarding teams and the most active fans).

I am very pleased that you took part in this KVN. There are no losers: everyone wins. I hope that you will love your native nature even more, show interest in it, and protect it. Our KVN showed that you know a lot, and after it you have enriched and expanded this knowledge, but the main thing is that you will be even more careful about birds and nature.

And now the jury is given the floor. Sum up the results of our KVN. (Summing up, awarding teams and the most active fans).

Leading: Good afternoon dear friends! We are glad to welcome you to the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful. Birds inhabit all corners of our planet. They can be found high in the mountains, in the icy subpolar desert, in waterless sands, and over the vast expanses of the ocean. Unlike mammals, which often lead a secretive lifestyle, birds are always close to us. They delight us with their swift, easy flight, beautiful singing, and varied plumage colors. People have long been accustomed to the proximity of birds, accustomed to seeing and hearing them around them. Winter is a difficult time for our little brothers, and only one bird out of ten survives it. Birds, especially young ones, do not have time to find enough food and die. Every year in our area a mass event “Operation “Feed the Birds in Winter” is held. In honor of this event, we are holding a KVN about wintering birds. The teams “Titmouse” and “Woodpecker” take part in it.

Team captains, lead your teams onto the stage.

Team captains:“We have to bring our teams to the stage” (to the march, the teams enter the stage and take their places).

Leading: This is the “Titmouse” team.

Presenter: And this is the Woodpecker team.

Presenter and presenter (together): And these are our honorable judges.

Leading: Traditionally, competition between teams begins with greetings.

    Presenter: Team "Sinichka" your greetings.

Our motto: witticisms, jokes, laughter and no nails!

We found out about KVN, we quickly ran into the hall,

We began to think and wonder what we should name the team.

We tried 100 names, but none of them fit.

This has been heard hundreds of times,

    This is also too old!

    Someone suddenly shouted on stage:

“Enough, brothers, for us to guess!

    Team in bird KVN

    They should be called “titmouses”!

There are no more riddles in the word!

Our greetings to you young people! Hello! Hello!

    We know our rivals!

    We wish them good luck!

But we firmly assure the jury:

“We won’t let ourselves be offended!”

Leading: And now greetings from the Woodpecker team.

We are not simple guys - we are witty and cheerful.

If only we want, oh, we can reach the moon.

But today we decided not to reach the moon,

And we came to KVN - oh, to show our strength.

We love ingenuity very much - we are ready to give our lives to it!

We will all answer the questions - oh, in order.

Our dear jury, we ask you very much,

Don't judge us very harshly - oh, please, you.

Today we declare – and not jokingly, but seriously.

If we just lose, oh, streams of tears will flow.

    A request to our opponents:

    Give more accurate answers

And if there is an inaccuracy, we will console you.

Let me finish it for you!

Jury! To judge, so to judge!

We are looking forward to the battle and the alarming score!

Don't be afraid, friends, of defeat!

The captain will lead us into battle!

Presenter: We ask the jury to evaluate the teams' greetings.

Let's start the captain competition. Please come to the middle of the stage. (Captains occupy the indicated places). First of all, let's test your intelligence.

And now we are starting a team competition “Who knows the life of birds better?” Team captains! Bring your teams into combat readiness. But in order to fairly decide which team should ask questions first, we propose an unusual lot. We ask one representative from the team to go to the middle of the stage (a glass of water and marshmallows are handed over). The team whose representative will eat a piece of marshmallow and drink a glass of water will be the first to ask questions.

Leading: We are holding a competition for funny artists. There are two pictures in front of you. One depicts a woodpecker, and the other a tit. Your task is to complete the beak, paws, wings, tail and eyes with your eyes closed.

Presenter: And now we will hold a competition for fan captains “Every step, a bird.” Listen to your task: for each step you need to name a wintering bird; Do not take steps without the name of the birds. The one who takes the most steps with the name of the birds wins.

Leading: The team competition continues. The next competition is for the best knowledge of proverbs and sayings that will need to be connected with each other. I give each team the first parts of the proverbs, and the second part will need to be selected according to its meaning.

      The back is greenish,

    The belly is yellowish,

    Little black cap

    And a strip of scarf.

      Who's jumping and rustling there?

    Cle! cle! cle!

    Sings with a whistle.

    (crossbill)

Who's wearing a bright red beret?

    In a black satin jacket?

    He doesn't look at me

    Open air?

    He treats in the cold

    Birds with grain and bread.

    (woodpecker)

And in winter it will find shelter:
He is not afraid of colds -
    With first snow
    Right here!

    (bullfinch)
    10) Motley fidget
    Long-tailed bird,
    Talkative bird

    The most chatty one.

    (magpie)

Leading: Winter is a very difficult time of year for birds. Many birds visit the dining room. So we want to find out now. Each team should write in the cells the names of the birds that visit the bird canteen.

Presenter: Attention, our last competition. Beautiful birds come to us. Guess what kind of bird this is.

You will distinguish these birds from all our other wintering birds. Firstly, they are relatively large - larger than tits, nuthatch, and bullfinch. Secondly, they are very beautiful. Dressed in an elegant pink and gray fluffy fur coat with black wide wing stripes. You will immediately notice the bright yellow stripe at the end of the tail - this stripe is too bright and catchy.

Their tall crest will also help you recognize them. When the bird lowers its crest, it seems that it has a flirty scarf draped over its head. And when the crest is raised, the bird looks very solemn. These birds love to eat wild apples, juniper berries, and rowan berries. (Waxwing).

Leading: Captains, form your teams. Jury, announce your results. This concludes our KVN. Thank you for your attention.
