- We take out the dough, divide it into 12 (or more) equal parts, give them a rounded shape and place on a board lightly sprinkled with flour, cover with a towel on top.

- We alternately take each of the 12 parts of the dough and use our fingers to form a round cake, stretching the workpiece from the center to the edges.
- In the center of each cake we place 2 teaspoons of jam or thick jam (in our case, apple, but you can take it at your discretion). If the jam is too liquid, the middle of the pie can not be completely pinched - you get a pie. Then the dough will bake better inside.

Important! Pay special attention to the formation, poorly glued edges of the pie will cause the filling to flow out and burn it during baking.

Before you bake a pie with jam, you need to dilute the yeast. To do this, first mix the oil with fat and set it to heat up in a microwave oven or in a water bath until completely dissolved. Mix the butter with milk and heat the mass again until warm. Add yeast and a little sugar to the mixture to feed them.
