Today we bake a quick honey pie with apples, nuts and cinnamon.

An apple is better to take sweet and sour, such as Granny Smith.

Beat eggs with sugar and salt, add honey, sunflower oil, juice and lemon zest. We mix everything well.

Add flour mixed with soda and baking powder. We mix.

Nuts must be crushed so that there are large pieces. A blender will not work here, a knife is inconvenient - everything scatters in different directions. Therefore, I do this: I put the nuts in a bag with a zipper and, armed with a meat hammer, chop the nuts.

Peel the apple and cut into small cubes.

Put chopped nuts and chopped apple into a bowl with dough. Let's add cinnamon.

We mix everything well. We spread the dough in a form, greased with oil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then we reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake a honey pie with apples, nuts and cinnamon for another 20 minutes. Checking for a dry splinter is required.

We make simple sweet shortcrust pastry. Throw water in a plastic bottle in advance in the freezer. Cut the butter into cubes, beat the eggs. Mix flour with salt and powdered sugar. Add half of the diced butter. And gently rub it into the flour.

Add the rest of the oil and grind completely. You should get such small lumps.

Add the lemon juice and ice water to the beaten eggs. We mix.
Make a hole in the center and pour in the liquid bit by bit. Knead the dough until it turns into a tight lump.
Attention! There may be more liquid than we need!

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until completely smooth.
We make a ball. Wrap in film. And put it in the fridge for an hour.

As soon as the dough "reaches" we make the filling. We clean the skin and take out the core. We cut apples into medium cubes, sprinkle with juice, add zest, sugar and mix very gently. In a pan with a non-stick coating, melt a large piece of butter (40 grams), add honey. Throw in apples and mix well. I put cinnamon.
Simmer on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
The filling must be dense! Otherwise, you'll get applesauce pies later!

The consistency of the dough should be such that it resembles custard - not too thick, but not liquid. Do not spare apples for the pie - the more there are, the tastier and juicier the finished pastries will turn out. Although, if you like drier pies, then either add more flour to the dough, or put fewer apples.

Ingredients:

- flour - 1.5 cups;
- thick natural yogurt (or fruit) - 100 ml;
- sugar - 0.5 cups;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- soda - 1 tsp (flat, without mound);
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp;
- cinnamon - 0.5 tsp;
- carnation (buds) - 5-6 pcs.;
- cardamom (boxes) - 3 pcs.;
- ground ginger - 2-3 pinches;
- thick honey - 2 tablespoons;
- sweet and sour apples - 3-4 pcs.

How to cook with a photo step by step




Mix eggs, sugar and honey. If the honey is candied, warm it up a little so that it softens and it is easier to combine with other ingredients.




Beat the mixture with a whisk or a mixer for several minutes until it becomes lush, light cream in color.




Sift the flour into a separate bowl, pour the egg-honey mixture. Mix with flour.






Add yogurt. Choose natural without additives or fruity, but to taste it is combined with apples. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth, grabbing the flour from the bottom and near the walls. The dough should turn out to be medium in density, without lumps and areas of dry flour.




We knead the cloves and cardamom grains in a mortar (or add ground spices). Mix with ground cinnamon, ginger and pour into the dough. We mix.




We add soda. It is advisable to extinguish it with vinegar so that no foreign aftertaste is felt. Or first mix with yogurt so that the acid reacts with soda and extinguishes it, and then add this mixture to the dough.






Cut apples into small pieces. It is not necessary to cut the peel, but if there are damage or damaged areas, these places must be cut out.




Add apples to the dough, mix, evenly distributing the pieces throughout the dough. Line a springform pan with parchment paper. The walls are lubricated with oil. Fill with dough, smooth the top. We scroll several times so that the dough disperses from the middle to the walls. Place the cake in the hot oven on the rack at the middle level. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then we raise the temperature to 200 degrees, rearrange the form to the upper level and brown the cake a little. We'll get it in five minutes. To make sure that it is ready, we pierce it in the highest place with a wooden skewer or a match. If there is no sticky dough, the stick comes out dry - the pastry is ready.

We will need:

  • liquid honey (3 tablespoons);
  • flour (preferably wheat) 2.5 cups;
  • salt (to taste);
  • medium-sized apple (1 pc.);
  • granulated sugar (180 gr.);
  • butter (100 gr.).

Let's tackle the apple first. It should be washed, peeled and cut into medium pieces. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice to prevent the oxidation (brown) process. Then, beat the eggs well, pre-salting. Melt butter and pour into bowl with eggs. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with baking powder. Pour in the honey, stirring the mass with a spoon, and pour out the flour. After the next mixing, the consistency should become creamy.

Now you can lay out the apple slices, evenly distributing them over the dough. Please note that the number of apples is approximately equal to the amount of dough. Lubricate a silicone baking dish (25-28 cm in diameter) with butter and place in a preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 200 ° C for 40-50 minutes, periodically checking readiness with a match or toothpick.

A honey pie with apples prepared using this technology is different in that it is better to prepare the dough for it the day before and place it in the freezer until the right time. Thanks to this, suddenly arriving guests will be pleasantly surprised by a delicious dessert prepared in just a matter of minutes.

Necessary products for making dough:

  • apples (500 gr.);
  • chicken egg (2 pcs.);
  • butter (200 gr.);
  • salt (to taste);
  • flour (3 cups);
  • sugar (1 tbsp.);
  • soda (at the tip of a knife);
  • honey (1 tablespoon).

Put butter, honey and salt in an iron container, put on fire. Heat until the butter melts (but it should not become hot), pour soda and stir. Add eggs, granulated sugar and pour everything into a blender for thorough mixing. Pour the flour in parts and knead the dough with your hands, as it should turn out so thick that it will be impossible to mix with a spoon. In addition, due to the presence of butter in the composition, the dough will not stick to your hands and will easily move away from the walls of the dish.

Divide the resulting mixture into two unequal parts and arrange in plastic bags. The larger piece will be for the base of the pie, and the smaller one for the top. Place both packages in the freezer, where the dough should freeze (harden) very much. As soon as you decide to bake a pie, you should take out the dough (a piece that is larger) and grate it on a coarse grater. Distribute the resulting chips evenly over the bottom of the baking sheet. Arrange sliced ​​apples on top. You can sprinkle them with a little cinnamon if you like.

Honey-apple pie involves the use of thick and fatty sour cream in the cooking process, at least 20% fat. Only in this case the dough will be rich, fluffy and very tasty.

To prepare the dough, you will need the following products:

  • large chicken eggs (4 pcs.);
  • flour (350 gr.);
  • honey (100 gr.);
  • sour cream (300 gr.);
  • apples (0.5 kg.);
  • sugar (150 gr.);
  • baking powder (1 pack);
  • sesame seeds (40 gr.).

Remove the sour cream from the refrigerator in advance so that it has time to warm up to room temperature. Break the eggs into one bowl and pour in the sugar. Beat until the grains of sand are completely dissolved. Add sour cream and whisk again. Now honey: liquid - poured immediately, thick - pre-melt to a liquid state. Thoroughly mix the blank for dessert and add the rest of the ingredients. Wash and peel apples. You can cut it into absolutely any shapes of any size.

There are several ways to add fruit to the dough:

Apple pie with honey "Delicious Diet"

Diet baking always requires the use of whole wheat flour only. Thanks to this, the dessert is not only tasty, but also healthy.

Arrange food on the table

  • honey (1.5 tablespoons);
  • apples (300 gr.);
  • flour (150 gr.);
  • baking powder (5 grams);
  • oatmeal (half a cup);
  • eggs (2 pcs.);
  • sugar substitute (to taste).

Grind oatmeal with a coffee grinder and pour kefir at room temperature, give time to swell. Place honey with eggs in one bowl and beat for a minute. Add oatmeal with kefir and mix, adding flour and baking powder.

Pour the pasta for the future dessert into a silicone mold (15-20 cm in diameter). Cut the fruit into large pieces (one apple into 8-10 pieces) and, pressing lightly, spread over the surface of the pie. Each piece should be about half dipped into the mass. Cook the cake in the oven, at a temperature of at least 190 degrees, for half an hour.

If desired, in this recipe, you can replace kefir with other fermented milk products, which do not contain additives in the form of sugar, berries, flavors.

Spicy apple pie with honey, cinnamon and ginger

This cake is perfect for cozy winter evenings spent in the kitchen with a cup of hot tea. Its aroma is able to warm even in severe frosts, filling every corner of the house. Cooking this pie will be an excellent occasion to gather family and friends at the same table.

For cooking, you will need the following set of products:

  • apples (4 pcs.);
  • fat sour cream (100 ml.);
  • flour (200 gr.);
  • honey (2 tablespoons);
  • eggs (2 pcs.);
  • granulated sugar (80 gr.);
  • ginger (7 gr.);
  • soda (5 gr.);
  • vinegar (2 drops);
  • ground cinnamon (5 gr.).

Break all eggs into one bowl, add sugar and beat. Add sour cream and stir. Place the ginger, honey and cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds. The heated mixture should stand until it cools completely, this will saturate it with the aroma of spices, which will open as a result of heat treatment.

Combine the two mixtures in one bowl, mix and pour the flour sifted through a fine sieve into the same place. Pour soda and stir, put in a baking dish. Cut the peeled apples into quarters and press into the surface of the future dessert. Close the form in a heated oven and set the temperature to 180C. Leave for 45 minutes.
