    Of course, you will have to tinker a little and spend some time on it, but believe me, the result is worth it.

    When buying these wonderful seafood, pay attention to their appearance. In our region, they are most often sold frozen. The squids should be pink in color and should not be frozen in a single block - this indicates that the product has been thawed several times and refrozen. Each carcass in the package must be separate.

    Squids must be thawed and cleaned. I put them in a deep plate and put them under a stream of hot water from the tap, I immediately begin to clean them. With a high-quality mollusk, the skin is perfectly removed under the influence of temperature. We remove the skin, entrails and chord - in front of us are clean squids ready for stuffing.


    How to prepare stuffing for stuffing squid

    Mushrooms cut into cubes and fry in a pan with vegetable oil for 10 minutes, lightly salt. Then add finely chopped onion to them, mix and fry for another 5 minutes until the onion is golden.


    Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes after boiling, then pour cold water and wait until they are completely cooled. Remove the shell, cut the whites together with the yolks into small cubes.
