This homemade recipe differs from the first one in that rice does not need to be boiled until half cooked. Immediately mix the cereal washed under running water with minced meat and fried carrots and onions. Salt to taste and shape into balls, then roll them in flour and fry until crispy in a hot pan with vegetable oil.
